Love your podcasts. I recently purchased a few knitting books at our local library sale. They were vintage and so much fun to go thru. I also occasionally pick up back issues of magazines at the local yarn shop. My favorite place to shop though is the Dollar Tree. I have picked up pencil cases to hold all my knitting notions, hair clips for holding knitting together while seaming, and of course chocolate to get me thru the night knitting.

Love your Podcast. Great to see another aussie one.
Im so into buttons myself so loved that little story, and the week I listened to ur podcast was also the week I picked up a tube of buttons at the oppy for yes you guessed $1. There are some beautiful wooden elephant buttons and some kids ones and some gorgeous vintage mother of pearl ones. The other HUGE bargain I got was hiding amongst the cooking books. For $1 I got Barbara Walkers "Charted Knitting Designs" 1972. I was chuffed.
Keep up the great podcast

I'm sorry that my computer is mute, so your podcasts are lost on me at the moment. I do hope to change this as soon as I can figure out how to. Anyway, thanks for having my blog on your blogroll. I appreciate this very much.

I don't care how often you put out your podcasts - just keep doing it :) I always enjoy your stories and having Australian content is always a bonus.

This latest episode was great as usual! Your podcasts are so well planned and executed, it's no surprise that it takes you several weeks. Plus I'm sure your days are already full of activities! I'm just happy that you do continue to put out podcasts, even though I would love to have them more frequently! I continue to love your storytelling!

Great episode! I loved the buttons story-reminded me of playing with buttons as a kid too. Not really sure that this is part of your $1 challenge but you can see the bargain I picked up for a buck here:
